Are you struggling with overcoming fear?

Does fear stop you from accomplishing what you want in life?  Does it show up a lot?

What if you could make fear your friend, as opposed to an enemy?  What could you accomplish then?

Hey, it’s Polish Peter again and welcome to episode 40 of Immigrant Masters Unite.  Today, I have a powerful immigrant and an entrepreneur who has reframed fear in his life.  His name is Akshay Nanavati and when I say you want to listen to this interview, you have to listen to this interview.  I think it’s that important for you and your success in life.

Why?  Because we talk about fear, struggle and success.

You see, Akshay is an author, speaker and entrepreneur who dedicated his life to helping others turn their fear into a friend that helps and drives them to accomplish their goals and dreams. But before he got there, he had to overcome drug addiction, a diagnosis of PTSD after the war in Iraq, and a battle with alcohol that pushed him to the brink of suicide.

Since then, Akshay has explored the most hostile environments on the planet and built a global business helping people live limitless lifestyles. His work funds his nonprofit, the Fearvana Foundation.

Combining years of research in neuroscience and psychology with his life experience, Akshay wrote the book “Fearvana: The Revolutionary Science of How to Turn Fear Into Health, Wealth and Happiness.”

When you listen to this podcast episode, you’ll discover…

  • How to make your fear as a friend as opposed to your enemy.  It took him years to discover this way of reframing fear so listen carefully to see how you can do the same in your own life.
  • What does the movie “Black Hawk Down” have to do with Akshay’s life, more importantly your own live?  What is a spark moment and how it relates to your own life?
  • How your memories work and why emotion, desire, will, along with intention is important to move you to the next level and success.  How to create anchor moment is your life to empower you to succeed.
  • How to figure out what the fear is for you and how to deal with suffering and reframing it to your benefit.  We actually used an example of how entrepreneurs get stopped in the face of fear and how to take action in-spite of that fear.
  • Toyota’s 5 WHY technique -what it is and how to use it to your advantage.  I use this technique in my own coaching program with my students at https://mastersunite.com/imu to help them discover their own POWERFUL WHY!
  • How PTSD affects soldiers and how we can work through PTSD and reframe the trauma you’ve experienced in life.  This was one of the best solutions I’ve heard when it comes to dealing with PTSD.  If you’re dealing with it, listen to this part of the interview cerefully.
  • Plus a powerful quote at the end of the episode and much, much more…

So, head over to the Itunes or Stitcher right now and listen to the podcast. Once you listen to the episode, share it with others who you think would benefit from this episode.

Know a soldier, pass this interview on…

Know an entrepreneur dealing with fear, pass this on…
